郴電國際(600969.SH)擬與安仁縣人民政府簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯12月27日丨郴電國際(600969.SH)公佈，經公司與安仁縣政府友好協商，基於良好的信任及相關專業業務的協同性，雙方擬達成戰略合作協議，雙方約定合作期限為10年，協議的主要內容為：
(一)污水處理項目
公司獨資或與安仁縣人民政府合資在安仁縣設立項目公司：(1)由項目公司收購併運營已建的松山污水處理廠，松山污水處理廠的收購工作爭取在2020年6月30日前完成，最遲不晚於2020年12月30日；(2)第二污水處理廠建成投產後，按合法程序批准後，由項目公司收購併運營;(3)公司通過受讓安仁博世科水務有限責任公司88%股權的方式投資建設安平、金紫仙、靈官、龍海等4個鄉鎮污水處理項目。
合作範圍包括已建的松山污水處理廠項目(10000噸/日)、擬建的第二污水處理廠項目(5000噸/日)及安平、金紫仙、靈官、龍海等4個鄉鎮污水處理項目(8000噸/日)三個項目及後續規劃建設的同類環保項目。
(二)金紫仙120萬千瓦抽水儲能電站項目
公司獨資或與安仁縣人民政府代表合資設立項目公司，由項目公司投資建設擬建的安仁縣金紫仙抽水儲能電站。合作範圍包括金紫仙120萬KW抽水儲能電站站點位於金紫仙鎮金紫仙村。利用水頭400m，距高比為4m。電站裝機容量120萬kW，安裝4台單機容量為30萬kW的單級立軸單轉速混流可逆式水泵水輪機組。
(三)綜合能源服務項目
安仁縣已初步形成“一區四園、產業類聚”產業格局，包括以電子信息、服裝皮具、輕工勞動密集型產業為主的核心園，以農副產品加工產業為主的農業扶貧產業園，以機械製造為主的三一產業園，以新能源、日用化工和高分子油漆產業等為主的大金山工業園小區。
(四)新能源充電樁項目
根據安仁縣新能源汽車充電樁發展規劃，近五年安仁城區充電樁佈局將初具規模，市場前景廣闊。為充分發揮雙方的優勢和業務特點，雙方在充電樁市場拓展、建設、運營和融資等多個領域開展合作，實現資源共享、協同發展，公司擬分步投資安仁縣人民政府區域內所規劃的充電樁設施，並負責運營。
(五)配售電項目
為搶抓電力體制改革機遇，更好地為安仁縣市社會經濟發展服務，郴電國際充分發揮上市公司資本市場融資平台優勢，結合自身豐富的配電網建設和運營經驗，在用電負荷大、條件成熟的工業園與安仁縣合作共同組建配售電公司，投資建設增量配售電項目。
(六)裝備製造引進及投資項目
以產業發展為紐帶，依託郴電國際在裝備製造領域的合作資源和安仁縣政府平台資源，郴電國際積極引進高端裝備製造在安仁投資設廠，實現資金、技術和市場的充分結合。
