内地外资寿险股比限制取消 友邦(01299.HK)火速申请分公司改为子公司
据《上海证券报》报道,友邦保险(01299.HK)旗下中国官网今日悄然挂出一则公告:积极响应中国银保监会对外开放的新措施,计划将友邦保险上海分公司改建为友邦全资持股的人寿保险子公司。
报道指,「分改子」申请一旦获批,即意味着友邦在华有了独立法人资格,困扰其多年的分支机构扩张难题将迎刃而解。与此同时,记者获悉,友邦的分支机构增设计划也将在「分改子」获批后启动,浙江、山东、安徽、四川、湖北等人口大省且经济较发达地区,都可能是其未来分支机构布局的热门地。
