雲南鍺業(002428.SZ)子公司擬實施太陽能電池用鍺晶片建設項目
格隆匯12月26日丨雲南鍺業(002428.SZ)公佈，2019年12月25日，公司第六屆董事會第二十八次會議審議通過《關於實施“太陽能電池用鍺晶片建設項目”的議案》，同意控股子公司雲南中科鑫圓晶體材料有限公司(“中科鑫圓”)實施“太陽能電池用鍺晶片建設項目”。
該項目將由中科鑫圓在昆明高新技術產業開發區馬金鋪電力裝備園B-5-5地塊雲南國家鍺材料基地內建設一條太陽能電池用鍺晶片生產線，生產線將具備年產20萬片低位錯密度6英寸鍺單晶片的能力。該項目建設期18個月。
該項目總投資約3.4億元。其中建設投資約3.14億元(工藝設備及安裝費、建築安裝工程費、工程建設其他費用等)，建設期利息913萬元，鋪底流動資金1725萬元。
該項目實施內容包括已經完成的“高效太陽能電池用鍺單晶及晶片產業化建設項目”(“4英寸項目”),4英寸項目已建成了一條年產30萬片4英寸太陽能電池用鍺單晶片生產線。4英寸項目已實際完成投資約2.0億元，因此項目未來還需完成投資約1.4億元。
項目達產後預計可實現年營業收入3.17億元，預計達產年利潤總額6364萬元。
以鍺晶片為基板的三節太陽能電池因其性能穩定、光電轉化率高等特點，被越來越多地運用到空間供電電源中。隨着航空航天領域及衞星市場的發展擴大了對太陽能電池的需求。目前技術發展的主流是加大單晶直徑，減小晶片厚度，從4英寸向6英寸太陽能電池用單晶及晶片的方向發展。該項目的實施有利於滿足下游客户需求，符合當前行業發展趨勢和國家產業政策。
該項目的實施完成後，公司控股子公司中科鑫圓將具備20萬片6英寸太陽能鍺單晶片或30萬片4英寸太陽能鍺單晶片的年產能。項目的實施不會影響現有生產線的運行，項目的實施豐富了產品規格、型號，能夠滿足當前客户需求及緊跟未來下游需求的發展趨勢，對促進公司產業向深加工方向轉型、升級有積極意義，有利於進一步增強公司的核心競爭力和盈利能力。
