中電興發(002298.SZ)子公司聯合體中標全域智慧旅遊信息化平台建設PPP項目
格隆匯12月26日丨中電興發(002298.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年12月26日收到全資子公司北京中電興發科技有限公司(“北京中電興發”)的告知函，告知函內容為：北京中電興發作為聯合體牽頭單位中標貴州省畢節市大方縣全域智慧旅遊信息化平台建設PPP項目，近日已收到中標通知書並與大方縣文體廣電旅遊局簽訂了《貴州省畢節市大方縣全域智慧旅遊信息化平台建設PPP項目合同》，項目建設總投資估算為人民幣約1.05億元。
項目名稱：貴州省畢節市大方縣全域智慧旅遊信息化平台建設PPP項目；項目建設總投資：項目建設總投資估算為人民幣1.05億元，最終以竣工決算審計確認的金額為準；項目合作期限：項目合作期限11年，其中：建設期1年，運營期10年。
該合同建設內容，主要包括：(1)大方縣全域旅遊大數據中心，全域旅遊指揮調度中心，北城門旅遊服務中心，大方縣全域旅遊服務體驗館等重點規劃場所的智慧化、信息化建設；(2)大方縣全域旅遊綜合服務管理平台的建設，包括全域旅遊管理應用模塊、全域旅遊服務應用模板、全域旅遊電子地圖及導覽、全域旅遊互動營銷平台、全域旅遊及農產品電子商務網、統一線上支付系統、誠信服務評價系統、旅遊精準扶貧管理系統、官方微信服務平台、旅客一站式服務手機端等的建設與接入；(3)奢香古鎮、奢香博物館、宣慰府、特色民族村和特色智慧村寨、油杉河智慧景區、鬥姥閣景區和水西美食文化博物館等重點規劃區域的智慧化、信息化系統的建設與接入；(4)大方城市安全綜合管理集成平台項目的建設與接入，包括大方信息數據中心和數據交換系統。
該項目的中標並簽訂合同，將進一步提高公司在智慧城市等政府智慧化、信息化項目建設領域的市場影響力及行業影響力，為公司構建全域的智慧城市打下堅實的基礎，將進一步增強公司在智慧城市等項目建設領域的核心競爭力和示範作用，並不斷精益求精地複製，促進公司在智慧中國業務領域的投資、建設與運營等方面的更好地發展。
該項目建設總投資估算為約1.05億元，佔公司上一年度經審計營業收入的4.27%，最終以竣工決算審計確認的金額為準,對本年度經營業績不會產生影響，預計對公司未來的經營業績將可能產生一定的影響。公司與招標方不存在任何關聯關係，項目的實施不影響公司經營的獨立性。公司在資金、人員、技術及研發、資質、行業應用、品牌及質量等方面具有強大綜合實力，完全具備後期合同的履行能力，確保合同正常履行實施。
