京滬高鐵(601816.SH)擬發行不超62.86億股 初始戰略配售佔50%
格隆匯12月25日丨京滬高鐵(601816.SH)發佈首次公開發行股票發行安排及初步詢價公告，發行股份數量不超過628,563萬股，約佔發行後公司總股本的12.8%，全部為公開發行新股，不設老股轉讓。此次發行後公司總股本為4,910,648.4611萬股。
初始戰略配售股份數量為314,281.5萬股，佔此次發行股份數量的50%，最終戰略配售數量與初始戰略配售數量的差額將根據“七、回撥機制”的原則進行回撥。網下初始發行數量為219,997.1萬股，約佔扣除初始戰略配售數量後發行數量的70%，網上初始發行數量為94,284.4萬股，約佔扣除初始戰略配售數量後發行數量的30%。最終網下、網上發行合計數量為此次發行總數量扣除最終戰略配售數量，網上最終發行數量及網下最終發行數量將根據回撥情況確定。
此次發行將進行管理層網下現場路演推介及網上路演。發行人及聯席主承銷商將於2020年1月3日(T-1日)組織安排此次發行網上路演。
此次發行的初步詢價時間為2019年12月30日(T-4日)及2019年12月31日(T-3日)兩日，通過申購平台報價及查詢的時間為上述交易日的9:30-15:00。
此次網下發行申購日與網上申購日同為2020年1月6日(T日)。其中，網下申購時間為9:30-15:00，網上申購時間為9:30-11:30，13:00-15:00。投資者在2020年1月6日(T日)進行網上和網下申購時無需繳付申購資金。
京滬高速鐵路於2008年4月18日全線正式開工建設，2011年6月30日建成通車，正線長1318千米，是世界上一次建成里程最長、技術標準最高的高速鐵路。京滬高速鐵路採用世界一流的高鐵技術建設，全線採用動車組列車運行，設計目標時速為350公里/小時，設計區間最小列車追蹤間隔為3分鐘。京滬高速鐵路縱貫北京、天津、上海三大直轄市和河北、山東、安徽、江蘇四省，全線共設24個車站，由北向南分別為：北京南站、廊坊站、天津西站、天津南站、滄州西站、德州東站、濟南西站、泰安站、曲阜東站、滕州東站、棗莊站、徐州東站、宿州東站、蚌埠南站、定遠站、滁州站、南京南站、鎮江南站、丹陽北站、常州北站、無錫東站、蘇州北站、崑山南站和上海虹橋站。其中，北京南、天津西、濟南西、南京南及上海虹橋站等均為重要的交通樞紐站。
作為國家戰略性重大交通工程和“八縱八橫”高速鐵路主通道的組成部分，京滬高速鐵路的開通運營，對於完善我國綜合交通運輸體系，從根本上緩解京滬間旅客運輸緊張局面，加快“京津冀”和“長三角”兩大經濟區及沿線人流、物流、信息流、資金流的流動，促進區域經濟社會協調發展，改善沿線人民羣眾的出行條件，具有重要意義。
自開通運營以來，京滬高速鐵路為旅客提供了全天候、高安全性、高正點率的高鐵運輸服務，北京至上海全程最短運行時間目前已經縮短到4.5小時以內。截至2019年9月30日，京滬高速鐵路全線(含本線和跨線)累計開行列車99.19萬列，累計發送旅客10.85億人次，取得了良好的社會效益和經濟效益。
