七彩化學(300758.SZ)聘請新材料專家王植源教授為公司首席科學家
格隆匯12月24日丨七彩化學(300758.SZ)公佈，為推動高級有機新材料領域的研究和發展，公司於近日收到與大連理工大學-王植源項目團隊簽訂的戰略合作協議。基於此背景下，經公司研究，決定聘請王植源教授為公司首席科學家，任期十年，並與王植源教授簽署了《首席科學家聘用協議書》(“《聘用協議書》”)。根據協議，王植源教授主要為公司提供以下服務：
1、協助公司制定技術與研發的短期與中長期規劃；
2、協助公司建立世界一流的研發體系，併為公司提供技術支持和指導；
3、負責指導公司的技術開發和研製、培訓研發人才；
4、負責公司的技術革新和改進、技術的保密和管理、技術諮詢服務等；
5、協助公司拓展國際市場及引薦國外優秀人才，代表公司參加行業內的展會以及國際學術及專業領域的會議，在國內、國際市場介紹、推廣、宣傳公司及公司的產品；
6、協助公司進行國內外的市場調研。
王植源教授承諾在《聘用協議書》有效期限內，除已有的任職外，不再接受任何精細化工行業相關單位的聘請擔任首席科學家、技術顧問或研發負責人等；除擔任公司的首席科學家以及與公司進行項目合作外，不得從事任何其他與公司目前的業務相同、相近的業務或者與除公司以外的其他任何第三方進行《聘用協議書》約定的相關內容的業務合作；如與其他精細化工企業進行合作，應徵得公司的同意。
王植源(Wang Zhi Yuan)男，加拿大籍，1982年畢業於北京大學化學系，1987年於加拿大麥吉爾(McGill)大學獲有機化學博士學位。1991年在加拿大卡爾頓大學化學系任教，1997年聘為終身教授。2001年成為加拿大首批入選的新興有機功能材料首席科學家。中國科學院長春應用化學研究所特聘研究員、博士生導師。
公司基於在新材料-精細化學品領域多年的核心技術沉澱和積累，已建立了經驗豐富的核心研發團隊，此次聘請王植源教授為公司首席科學家，有利於快速提升公司在高級有機新材料領域的研發能力，推動公司整體技術創新，提升公司核心競爭力。對公司本期經營業績不會產生重大影響。
