長城動漫(000835.SZ)：長城集團擬引進陝西中投、老鳳皇開展股權合作
格隆匯12月24日丨長城動漫(000835.SZ)公佈，公司今日接到公司控股股東長城影視文化企業集團有限公司(“長城集團”)通知，長城集團及公司實際控制人趙鋭勇、趙非凡與陝西中投資產管理有限公司(“陝西中投”)、安徽老鳳皇控股有限公司(“老鳳皇”)簽署了《合作框架協議》，長城集團擬引進陝西中投、老鳳皇開展股權合作，陝西中投、老鳳皇擬對長城集團進行不低於20億元實物資產增資擴股，同時將出資不低於15億元現金參與長城集團後續的債務重整。
陝西中投資產管理有限公司隸屬於香港信威集團，成立於2002年5月，注冊資本金20億元人民幣。截止2019年6月30日，擁有各類資產評估總計約700億，託管資產規模67億。公司主營業務為受託資產管理，目前在全國範圍內共計持有林地20萬畝，其中包括有號稱深圳之肺的梧桐山林地3400畝；陝西中投資產管理有限公司發起成立的一帶一路濱海基金規模為100億元人民幣。通過多年的積累，陝西中投資產管理有限公司形成了以一帶一路為主要業務區域，金融資本平台為核心，林業康養產業為依託的產業格局。
安徽老鳳皇控股有限公司，成立於2013年，註冊資本2000萬元人民幣。安徽老鳳皇控股有限公司主營業務為礦產資源的投資及運營，貴金屬工藝品、珠寶首飾的研發設計、生產及銷售。安徽老鳳皇控股有限公司持有位於俄羅斯的翡翠礦產以及位於山東煙台的大理石礦產資源，資產評估價值超過人民幣100億元。通過多年的積累，安徽老鳳皇控股有限公司的珠寶銷售業務已在全國範圍形成相對完善的銷售體系，門店數量超過100家，市場覆蓋安徽、廣東、江蘇、山東，江西，湖北等地區。
此次長城集團與陝西中投、老鳳皇通過股權合作，有助於長城集團引入優質的外部資源及資金，共同化解長城集團及公司目前面臨的資金壓力。各方將優勢互補，共同發力，打造可持續發展的戰略合作關係。如果各方簽署最終股權合作協議，將有利於緩解公司目前的資金壓力，改善公司財務狀況，充實公司的現金流，實現公司的可持續發展。
