烽火電子(000561.SZ)與特殊機構客户簽訂1.41億元訂貨合同
格隆匯12月23日丨烽火電子(000561.SZ)公佈，近期，公司收到與特殊機構客户簽訂的一份訂貨合同，合同總金額總計為人民幣1.41億元。
合同標的：搜救裝備；合同金額：總計人民幣1.41億元；合同的履行期限：合同約定應於2020年3月20日前完成生產及驗收，並按要求時間節點交付。
上述合同總金額約佔公司最近一個經審計會計年度營業總收入的11.52%，合同的履行將對公司的營業收入和營業利潤產生積極影響，公司將根據合同要求以及收入確認原則在相應的會計期間確認收入。
公司堅持“優產品、快響應、至誠信”作為公司核心競爭力的關鍵要素。公司作為國家戰略通信手段、短波通信裝備科研生產核心骨幹企業，曾為我軍成功自主研製了四代短波通信裝備，代表了我國行業領域的最高水平。經過多年發展，公司現可提供全功率系列機載短波產品，今翱翔於藍天的我軍多型平台戰機均有我公司的通信設備列裝，同時我軍飛越第二島鏈，數千裏的遠程通信，也有我公司設備的必要貢獻。公司是軍用電聲通信終端產品定點製造企業，自主研發並掌握了語音骨傳導、局部空間降噪、有源降噪等核心技術；是我國研製軍用音頻通信系統的行業龍頭。公司在無線通信領域具有60餘年的專業底藴，是為國防用户及國民經濟重要領域提供通信、信息化裝備及服務的高科技企業。
公司是我軍航空搜救通信裝備研製生產領導者，為我軍研製了三代搜救通信設備，達到國際先進水平。公司產品廣泛裝備於我軍多兵種，並利用軍民融合發展契機，推廣於應急保障、抗震防汛、公安人防、海洋運輸等領域。公司擁有廣泛友好的客户關係及客户資源，積極拓展國際防務業務，擁有良好的國際市場信譽，已為多個國家和地區提供了通信產品和服務。
