威高股份(01066.HK)與藍海銀行重續存款服務協議
格隆匯12月20日丨威高股份(01066.HK)發佈公告,2019年12月20日,集團與藍海銀行訂立2019年存款服務協議以重續2017年存款服務協議,藍海銀行為由威高集團公司(公司控股股東)控制30%權益的公司。因此,根據上市規則第14A 章,重續2019年存款服務協議及其項下擬進行交易構成持續關連交易。
根據2019年存款服務協議,藍海銀行將繼續向集團提供存款服務,而集團將繼續按非獨家基準使用有關存款服務。2019年存款服務協議不會構成集團須使用藍海銀行的任何特定服務的任何義務。
