永嘉集團(03322.HK)擬2200萬港元收購金耀27%股份
格隆匯12月20日丨永嘉集團(03322.HK)公告,於2019年12月20日,Frankton(公司的全資附屬公司)與黃耀新訂立買賣協議,據此,Frankton同意收購而黃耀新同意出售金耀27%股份,代價為2200萬港元。完成於緊隨買賣協議簽訂後落實。於完成後,金耀由集團擁有97%權益,而集團繼續將金耀集團的財務業績合併入賬。
金耀為投資控股公司,透過其附屬公司主要於中華人民共和國、香港、澳門、台灣及新加坡從事高級時裝產品零售。
金耀於緊接完成前分別由Frankton(公司的全資附屬公司)及金耀的創辦人黃擁有70%及30%權益。金耀集團為本集團高級時裝零售業務的經營分支。經考慮金耀集團優越的業務發展及財務表現,為本集團帶來可觀利潤,董事認為向黃增購金耀股權以取得金耀集團更大控制權對集團有利。
