HYPEBEAST(00150.HK)下月16日将每手买卖更改为2,500股
HYPEBEAST(00150.HK)公布,公司股本中普通股於香港联交所主板买卖之每手买卖单位将会由5,000股股份更改为2,500股股份,自明年1月16日起生效。
公司指,由於股价变动,股份每手买卖单位的价值有所增加,并降低先前每手买卖由2万股降至5,000股的变动所带来的影响。公司认为进一步调低股份每手买卖单位数目将减低每手买卖单位的价值,使每手买卖单位对投资者更具吸引力,从而可改善股份的流通量及扩大公司的股东基础。
