晨興資本場外轉售小米股份 多家價值投資機構接盤
在發佈首款價位在2000元以下的5G手機後，小米近期股價持續攀升，市場交易活躍度也創年內高峯，港交所最新披露顯示，12月12日，晨興資本進行了一筆場外大宗交易，售出2.4億股小米股份，成交均價為9.41港元。據消息人士透露，系轉讓給多家長期看好小米的投資機構。
公告顯示，該筆大宗交易為場外交易，不影響二級市場交易。交易完成後，該持股主體股份總數由20.6億股下降為18.2億股，持股比例從11.81%下降至10.43%。
12月12日晨興場外轉賣股份當天，小米股價漲勢已經維持半個月，市場交易活躍。僅12月12日當天的場內股票成交量就達2.68億股。而自Redmi K30發佈後的第一個交易日12月11日算起，截止12月17日已經場內成交15.41億股，交易量達到2019年年內最高水平。
有業內人士分析稱，晨興控股選擇了相對的穩健時點進行股權轉讓。但後市其實有更好的出貨機會，但這個價格對接盤者十分有利，所以不排除投資機構交易情緒高漲，急需入場。
本輪小米上行週期始於11月下旬。11月27日小米披露Q3財報，財報顯示小米利空出盡，運營穩健， 5G技術和商業策略佈局已經清晰，引發市場看好，小米又在12月10日發佈首款2000元以下5G手機，Redmi K30，將5G手機帶入2000元以內，具有劃時代意義。引起市場高度重視，股價迎來大幅上漲。
近一個月小米盤中最低股價為11月22日的8.35港元，截止12月17日股價盤中最高已達10.88港元，漲幅接近30.29%。
近期，花旗、中金、中信等大行紛紛給予小米買入評級，認為小米集團整體基本面拐點已至，給予目標價普遍在13港元左右。中金指出，Redmi K30較目前最便宜5G手機價格低出40%，“是小米及中國智能手機的里程碑”，證明小米發展5G業務能力達成目標。有助公司在5G市場提升市場份額。
