傳「殼王」陳國強擬悉售TVB持股 或明年1月辭任主席
《星島日報》引述知情人士報道,電視廣播(00511.HK)大股東內部出現意見不合,管理層或有變動。入主TVB近九年的「殼王」陳國強疑因2015年「中國梅鐸」黎瑞剛加入後,感到意興闌珊,加上兩年前挪威遇空難奇跡脫險,令他準備退休計劃,決定悉數出售其股權,最快於明年1月卸任董事局主席一職,連帶他一手引入的台灣女首富王雪紅也決定沽貨離場。
資料顯示,電視廣播最大股東為Young Lion(YL),擁26%股權。其中,黎瑞剛為首的華人文化(CMC)持有YL 79.01%股權,王雪紅時有14.99%,陳國強則持有6%。
