音飛儲存(603066.SH)擬設立供應鏈管理公司
格隆匯12月15日丨音飛儲存(603066.SH)公佈，公司於2019年12月15日召開第三屆董事會第十次會議，審議通過了《關於對外投資設立全資子公司的議案》。為了加強公司供應鏈管理，公司擬以自有資金出資設立一家全資子公司開展相關業務。公司第二屆董事會第二十八次審議通過的設立合營公司南京音華供應鏈管理服務有限公司事項，因出資股東情況發生變化，現決定終止實施。
擬設立公司名稱為南京音飛供應鏈管理有限公司(暫定名，以工商核准登記為準)，經營範圍：供應鏈管理及相關配套服務；供應鏈技術、網絡技術、信息技術、系統集成領域內的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務；供應鏈管理軟件開發、銷售；金屬材料加工、銷售；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務；國內、國際貨運代理；倉儲服務；貨物檢驗代理服務；貨物裝卸服務；設備租賃服務；職業技能培訓。
加強公司供應鏈管理，降低原材料採購成本，提高原材料週轉率，提高資金利用率，進一步增強主營業務的競爭能力；同時
1、對供應鏈技術的開發。標的公司將加強對供應鏈技術的開發，將其真正融入到供應鏈運營中，提供優秀的供應鏈解決方案。
2、物流人才的培訓及培養基地。物流人才是我國緊缺人才，隨着物流行業的快速發展，更具有人才需求的緊迫性。標的公司將建立人才培養體系，制定教學實施方案，編寫教材，建設實訓基地，培訓操作技能，直至考核錄用，旨在將新員工培養為部門技術骨幹、業務骨幹，將優秀員工培養為管理人才，將中層管理人員培養成高級管理人員或技術領軍人物，為公司及物流行業輸送人才。
3、創新研發的智能物流技術應用場所，試驗與應用是科技成果轉化為生產力的必要程序。標的公司將作為公司智能物流技術應用場所，建立大數據分析團隊，從實際運營中收集反饋，轉化為對技術開發的指導性建議，以便對公司戰略及研發方面進行更好的規劃和調整。
4、對周邊地區供應鏈的帶動，利用中國貨架及自動化倉儲設備產地集中在長三角一帶的區域優勢，拓展公司上游領域，向公眾開放倉儲系統，提供供應鏈管理服務，提高周邊地區供應鏈管理效率，也有利於公司尋找新的業務增長點，對公司的長遠發展和企業效益將產生積極影響。
