奧思集團(01161.HK)年度純利增長12.9%至1.07億港元 末期息7港仙
格隆匯12月13日丨奧思集團(01161.HK)發佈公告,截至2019年9月30日止年度,公司營業額7.64億港元,同比增長7.9%;期間溢利1.07億港元,同比增長12.9%;每股盈利15.8港仙,末期股息每股7.0港仙。
收益主要貢獻來自美容服務分類。該集團的銷售組合中,美容服務進一步增加至約81.8%及產品銷售為18.2%,而去年則為79.2%及20.8%。
本年度毛利率由去年92.4%進一步增加至約92.6%,乃由於服務分類貢獻增加。該集團於2019年9月30日維持強勁穩健的現金結餘狀況約3.86億港元。
於回顧年度,由於精明地配置資源,由大型線下推廣活動轉為更針對性的線上數碼活動及社交媒體平台,廣告成本較去年減少16.0%。租金成本維持於穩定,佔營業額百分比較去年下跌,乃於續約時取得更佳的續約條款以及開設部份新店鋪及關閉店鋪的綜合淨成效。員工成本及折舊分別增加7.9%及68.4%,乃由於新開店鋪增聘人手及進一步改善現有美容中心的整體服務質素,而折舊成本增加乃由於添置新美容設備、翻新現有美容院及新開店鋪裝修。
於財政年度末,集團於香港、中國及澳門共經營44間美療、美容及醫學美容中心。於回顧年度,集團旗下所有美容服務品牌包括水磨坊(香港及中國)、水之屋及奧思醫學美容中心以及Glycel銷售均表現良好,比去年錄得單位至雙位數增長。
公司稱,該集團將繼續善用優勢,進一步鞏固作為市場領先美容服務供應商的聲譽,由專業員工在輕鬆舒適的環境下向客户提供多元化可信賴且具成效的療程。
儘管香港近期發生的社會運動仍未解決,嚴重影響顧客及訪港旅客的購買意欲,該集團把焦點轉向着重服務多於產品銷售,並以本港消費者為直接目標,均意味着該集團過去數月來受訪港旅客人數下降的影響較少。此外,藉着加強建立網上市場地位及電子商務的選擇、投資新設備及療程以及審慎的成本控制,該集團深信定可繼續取得佳績。
