焦點科技(002315.SZ)：募投項目“中國製造網電子商務平台升級”等延期
格隆匯12月13日丨焦點科技(002315.SZ)公佈，經公司對項目達到預期可使用狀態日期進行測算，“焦點科技大廈”預計將於2020年9月30日前完工。因此，根據“焦點科技大廈”的建設進度，“中國製造網電子商務平台升級”、“中國製造網客户服務支持中心”及“焦點科技研究中心”的項目進度也相應延期至2020年9月30日。
此次募投項目延期的原因：1)因供電方案在供電部門審批過程中的調整以及外線施工單位的變更，使正式用電送電時間延遲到2019年12月，導致消防系統、暖通和空調系統調試工作整體延誤；2)因對建設項目在內裝規劃、完工驗收上的經驗不足，導致對整個項目完工時間的預估不足。大樓預計在2019年12月底能夠完成框架及內部裝修的基礎建設，但最終的測試驗收、獲得各政府部門的完工審批文件等事項預計需要3至4個月的時間。同時，吸取以往經驗，為了更靈活應對未來可能發生的各種突發狀況，再給予適當的宂餘期，此次募投項目計劃延期至2020年9月30日。
截至目前，“焦點科技大廈”的建設進度如下：
1)1#樓、2#樓、裙樓的土建及安裝工作已完成95%，地下室和樓梯間地坪基層及第一遍面層施工完成、防火門及防火捲簾安裝完成。正在配合內裝進行空調系統、噴淋系統末端管線安裝工作，待正式用電送電後進行系統調試工作。2)外幕牆：整體完成至95%，1#樓、2#樓、裙樓幕牆安裝基本完成，正在進行3#樓外牆窗系統安裝工作。3)1#樓、2#樓、裙樓的室內裝修完成60%。3#樓內裝施工單位進場，處於施工準備階段。4)數據機房、廚房、配電房、外亮化等正在有序施工中，整體完成80%。電梯已通過特檢所專項驗收。智能化工作整體完成80%。5)園林景觀單位進場，開始進行園區內道路和排水管線施工。
公司此次募集資金投資項目延期是根據項目實際情況做出的決定，未改變募投項目的內容，有利於保證項目保質保量的順利實施，符合股東的長遠利益，不存在變相改變募集資金用途和損害股東利益的情況，符合中國證監會、深圳證券交易所關於上市公司募集資金管理的相關規定。
