亞廈股份(002375.SZ)中標1.45億元浙江省未來社區工業化裝配式裝修項目
格隆匯12月13日丨亞廈股份(002375.SZ)公佈，公司近期收到浙江寶業建設集團有限公司(“寶業建設”)發來的中標通知書，確定公司為“紹興上虞鴻雁社區回遷房及社區中心EPC項目室內裝飾工程(不包括安裝工程)”的中標單位，中標金額為人民幣約1.45億元(暫估價)。
浙江省未來社區是由浙江省發展改革委牽頭，針對20世紀70-90年代期間建設的老舊社區的提升、改造、優化的需求，聚焦人本化、生態化、數字化三維價值座標，以和睦共治、綠色集約、智慧共享為內涵特徵，突出高品質生活主軸，構建以未來鄰里、教育、健康、創業、建築、交通、低碳、服務和治理等九大場景創新為重點的集成系統，是對城鎮老舊社區改造進行的積極嘗試和創新。旨在打造有歸屬感、舒適感和未來感的新型城市功能單元，促進人的全面發展和社會進步，打響浙江省“兩個高水平”建設新名片。
未來社區實施分統籌改造更新和規劃新建兩大類型，以改造更新類為主，注重分類推進、精準施策。根據《浙江省未來社區建設試點工作方案》，計劃到2019年底培育建設省級試點24個，先行選擇杭州等地建設未來社區規劃展示館，同步開通未來社區數字展示館。到2021年底，培育建設省級試點100個左右，建立未來社區建設運營的標準體系，形成可複製可推廣的經驗做法，湧現一批未來社區典型範例。2022年開始，全面複製推廣，裂變效應顯現，夯實未來城市發展基礎，有力支撐大灣區大花園大通道大都市區建設。
紹興上虞鴻雁社區作為浙江省第一個公開掛網的未來社區項目，是公司首次中標浙江省未來社區工業化裝配式裝修項目，公司將通過公司獨家研發並擁有完整知識產權的工業化裝配式裝修產品和技術體系，積極落實未來社區工業化裝配式裝修場景落地。
此次中標金額為人民幣約1.45億元(暫估價)，佔公司最近一個會計年度(2018年度)經審計營業總收入的1.58%，若該項目順利實施，將會對公司未來經營業績產生積極的影響。
公司作為行業內第一家國家高新技術企業、浙江省未來社區課題組創始成員、產業聯盟理事單位，自未來社區建設啟動開始便積極對接，提供數十輪建築場景落地解決方案，最終，在九大場景之“未來建築場景”中，裝配式建築與裝修一體化作為約束性條件，入選浙江省未來社區必備建設方案。
公司的工業化裝配式裝修技術方案、產品與未來社區建築場景高度吻合，產品的健康、綠色、舒適、品質、高性價比等特性獲得了市場與居民的高度認可，對推進國家裝配式建築的政策與產業落地具有重大意義。此次中標的紹興上虞鴻雁社區是浙江省未來社區首批試點 24個社區(名單詳見附表1)之一。
