銘普光磁(002902.SZ)：6名股東已合計減持419.995萬股 擬繼續減持合計不超4%股份
格隆匯12月11日丨銘普光磁(002902.SZ)公佈，近日，公司收到達晨創恆、達晨創泰、達晨創瑞、達晨財鑫、達晨聚聖、達晨海峽出具的《關於股份減持計劃期限屆滿的告知函》及《關於股份減持計劃的告知函》。鑑於前次減持計劃期限已經屆滿，達晨創恆、達晨創泰、達晨創瑞、達晨財鑫、達晨聚聖、達晨海峽合計減持419.995萬股，佔總股本的比例2.00%。
達晨創恆目前持有公司股份數323.13萬股，佔公司股份總數的1.54%；達晨創泰目前持有公司股份數282.19萬股，佔公司股份總數的1.34%；達晨創瑞目前持有公司股份數314.93萬股，佔公司股份總數的1.51%；達晨財鑫目前持有公司股份數243.75萬股，佔公司股份總數的1.16%；達晨聚聖目前持有公司股份數181.2萬股，佔公司股份總數的0.86%；達晨海峽目前持有公司股份數35.55萬股，佔公司股份總數的0.17%。
達晨創恆、達晨創泰、達晨創瑞、達晨財鑫、達晨聚聖、達晨海峽擬通過證券交易所集中競價交易或大宗交易按照目前公司的總股本，預計所減持股份數量合計將不超過840萬股(若此期間公司有送股、資本公積金轉增股本等股份變動事項，應對該數量進行相應調整)，即合計不超過公司總股本的4.00%。其中，達晨創恆預計所減持股份數量合計將不超過191.1萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.91%；達晨創泰預計所減持股份數量合計將不超過176.4萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.84%；達晨創瑞預計所減持股份數量合計將不超過174.3萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.83%；達晨財鑫預計所減持股份數量合計將不超過149.1萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.71%；達晨聚聖預計所減持股份數量合計將不超過117.6萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.56%；達晨海峽預計所減持股份數量合計將不超過31.5萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.15%。其中，通過大宗交易方式進行減持的，在任意連續90個自然日內減持股份總數不超過公司股本總數的2%；通過集中競價交易方式進行減持的，在任意連續90個自然日內減持股份總數不超過公司股本總數的1%。
