美的置业(03990.HK)折让近7%先旧後新配股净筹最多7.56亿元,摩通指市场期待已久配股较预期早,随着配股阴霾消除及流动性改善,相信公司在有更多核心盈利强劲增长证明及销售势头稳健情况下,有望获逐步重评估值,重申「增持」评级看34元。
该股今早低开最多吐4.7%低见19.54元获承接,掉头收复4条移动平均线(10天及百天线分别为20.1元及19.92元),最高见22.15元,创近五个月高,现造21.85元,续升6.6%,成交受配股上板带动急增至5,890万股,涉资11.56亿元。
美的置业今早公布,以每股19.1元(较昨天收市价折让6.8%),先旧後新配售最多4,000万股股份,料所得款项净额7.56亿元(假设选择权已获行使),拟用於未来可能业务发展与投资及补充营运资金。
