南威軟件(603636.SH)：調整經營定位 新增設全球業務和運營總部、深圳創新中心
格隆匯12月10日丨南威軟件(603636.SH)公佈，公司第三屆董事會第四十二次會議召開，審議通過《關於調整公司經營定位及組織架構的議案》。
公司經營定位的調整
為適應國家戰略改革調整，根據公司的發展現狀及未來戰略規劃，同意重新調整公司的經營定位，調整後的公司經營定位為：南威軟件是數字政府服務與運營商、公共安全大數據專家、國產自主創新軟件產品提供商和綜合集成服務商，是推進國家治理體系和治理能力現代化的知名科技公司。公司專注於政務服務、便民服務、政務監管、政務大數據、電子證照、政務辦公、政務督查等數字政府領域的業務中台、應用產品、解決方案和數據運營服務；專注於公共安全領域智能感知數據採集傳輸與治理、視頻圖像AI中台與數據中台、警務實戰應用產品的研究與開發。
新增設立全球業務和運營總部
公司將在北京設立全球業務和運營總部，形成北京、福建雙總部格局。北京總部的定位是全球業務總部和全球運營總部，頂層設計全國乃至全球佈局，統籌推進國家部委與北京市場，發揮國家部委和北京市對行業、區域市場的引領示範帶動作用；統籌管理全國銷售機構及渠道，拓展全國、全球市場；負責生態合作夥伴與渠道建設等。目前北京總部已經完成選址，預計將於2020年第一季度正式啟用。
新增設立深圳創新中心
公司將依託整合深圳太極雲軟技術有限公司，在深圳市設立公司創新中心，對接前沿資源、連接產業鏈條，導入創新基因，為公司以及下屬行業子公司提供創新平台、創新動力和創新人才，進行行業核心技術創新、重大應用創新、商業模式創新、產業生態合作模式創新，打造公司發展新引擎。
此次新設北京全球業務和運營總部以及深圳創新中心將更好地整合產業、區域資源，有利於吸引高端人才，整合調動公司國內外業務板塊發展力量，實現資源的優化配置，進一步增強公司運營效率，保障公司總體戰略目標的實現。
