長沙銀行(601577.SH):同意給予友阿控股授信額度4億元
格隆匯12月10日丨長沙銀行(601577.SH)公佈,該行於2019年12月9日召開董事會風險控制與關聯交易委員會2019年第十一次會議,同意該行給予友阿控股授信額度人民幣4億元,授信產品為流動資金貸款,期限1年,利率不低於1年期LPR加150個基點,擔保方式為保證、質押。
至此次關聯交易為止,過去12個月內該行與友阿股份及同一關聯人的關聯交易總金額,較年初日常關聯交易預計總金額15億元超出2.229億元,超過該行最近一期經審計淨資產的0.5%。
