英国对亚马逊投资Deliveroo反垄断调查即将有结果
英国竞争和市场管理局(CMA)於周三将决定是否继续调查有关亚马逊对Deliveroo的5.75 亿美元投资,由於今次投资引起英国当局对垄断市场的忧虑,故此前宣布展开为期两个月的调查,并暂时冻结交易。
CMA通常的调查原因是确保大宗交易不会妨碍市场竞争,一般不会调查少数股权出售,不过由於亚马逊可以从Deliveroo中获取大量具商业价值的数据,因此宣布展开调查。CMA行政总裁Andrea Coscelli此前就称,批准Facebook收购Instagram之类的交易是错误的。
