统计指发改委年内批覆基建项目规模超1.3万亿人币
据《证券日报》不完全统计,今年以来,发改委批覆的基建项目已超过50个,总投资额超1.3万亿元人民币(下同)。从项目类型来看,多集中在城市轨道、机场扩建、煤矿等领域。
报道引述国新未来科学技术研究院执行院长徐光瑞表示,展望2020年,投资主要三个发力点包括:继续加大基础设施领域精准补短板力度,加快推动新型城镇化建设;持续优化投资环境,不断引导资金流入实体经济;进一步降低民间资本进入壁垒,加快在教育、医疗卫生、养老、通信等领域的市场化改革力度,持续增强经济活力。
