合力泰(002217.SZ)：擬在吉安市井開區推進準6代TFT LCD顯示面板項目
格隆匯12月6日丨合力泰(002217.SZ)公佈，2019年12月3日，公司和井岡山經濟技術開發區管理委員會簽署了《顯示面板項目合作協議書》。
鑑於雙方同意在江西省吉安市井岡山經濟技術開發區(“井開區”)推進準6代TFT LCD顯示面板項目，根據中華人民共和國有關法律、法規相關規定，甲乙雙方本着平等、自願、有償的原則，就前期良好的溝通基礎以及各自領域的資源優勢，經過友好協商決定深化合作，並報經吉安市委、市政府同意。
井岡山經濟技術開發區管理委員會支持公司在井開區投資建成一條年產60萬張準6代a-Si TFT LCD面板項目，玻璃基板尺寸為1300MM*1500MM, 包括陣列、彩膜、成盒和減薄等四部分生產工序，主要為中小尺寸的TFT-LCD 顯示屏等產品。經營範圍為投資、建設、研發、生產和銷售TFT-LCD 相關產品及其配套產品。本項目總投資約65億元，固定資產投資(含税)不低於50億元。
為了儘快推動項目建設，由公司牽頭為該項目設立專項股權基金，規模40億元，資金計劃由各方股東以貨幣方式認繳。
井岡山經濟技術開發區管理委員會協調由吉安市財興投資管理有限公司(“吉安市財投”)出資認繳5億元，佔12.5%的出資份額；協調由江西省財投股權投資基金管理有限公司(“江西財投”)等平台出資認繳7億元，佔17.5%的出資份額。
公司指定主體出資認繳25億元，佔62.50%的出資份額；負責落實項目經營管理團隊合計出資認繳2.8億元，佔7%的出資份額。
另外，雙方協調落實專項基金普通合夥人出資認繳0.2億元，佔0.5%的出資份額。
此次對外投資的目的是公司整體智能終端全產業鏈佈局的重要環節，也是電子信息集團在新型顯示領域實現高中低層級的全面佈局，有助於擴大公司的顯示領域市場份額，增強顯示領域競爭力提升。公司繼續實施“1+N”戰略模式，提升垂直整合能力，顯示面板是繼背光、蓋板玻璃、FPC之後又一重要核心部件，將形成產業配套，成為穩定、快速、高效、可靠的顯示面板供應來源，從而進一步提升公司綜合競爭力。本項目引入高分辨率和高刷新率的IPS TFT技術，有助於公司佈局新型顯示領域戰略，培養和儲備工藝技術人才和產品開發人才，提升技術創新能力和自主可持續發展能力，為進一步發展AMOLED、Mini-LED等新型顯示技術打下堅實的基礎。
