港股異動 | 獲多家大行唱好 敏華控股漲逾4%
格隆匯12月6日丨敏華控股(1999.HK)現漲4.18%,報5.73港元,暫成交1934萬港元,最新總市值218.6億港元。大和研報指,預計公司在未來每年有4至5億港元住宅銷售收入。料到2020年7月所有輸美訂單都可以從越南工廠生產,較預期中提早幾個月,從而抵消美國對中國加徵關税的影響,因此將其目標價上調至6港元,維持“優於大市”評級。花旗此前研報指,公司在越南的沙發工廠增長速度比預期的要快,目前可以覆蓋60-70%的美國銷售額,這比預期提前了一個季度,給予公司6.8港元目標價。
