中国海外发展(00688.HK)首十一月合约销售3,432.1亿元升25.8%
中国海外发展(00688.HK)公布,11月集团合约物业销售金额约为248.07亿元,按年升13.07%,相应已售楼面面积约为110.7万平方米。
总计今年首十一月集团累计合约物业销售约为3,432.12亿元,按年增25.79%,相应的累计已售楼面面积约为1,636.77万平方米。
而截至11月底,中海外系列公司录得已认购物业销售约为306.12亿元,预期将於往後数月内转化为合约物业销售。
在土地收购方面,集团11月在北京、深圳、长春、宁波、哈尔滨和香港收购了六幅地块,应占楼面面积合共97.82万平方米,其中两幅地块将会以合作模式发展。集团就相关土地收购应付的土地出让金约为168.58亿元人民币。 ~
