高盛:澳門11月賭收跌幅符預期 料12月賭收跌逾一成
高盛發表研究報告指,澳門11月賭收跌8.5%至229億元(澳門元,下同),大致符預期。首十一個月賭收合共為2,696億元,按年跌2.4%。而上月的日均賭收約為7.63億元,與黃金週假期後轉弱的趨勢一致。
該行指,從中介人及行業數據上得知,近星期的貴賓廳賭收仍然疲弱,相信與12月國家主席習近平訪澳有關,中場亦受簽證限制影響,近期當地暫停批出新的自由行簽證,相信會短期影響澳門訪客人數。
該行預期情況會於12月持續,料賭收會跌逾一成(low to mid-teen %),主因高基數、訪澳旅客人數限制,但相信影響是屬短暫,壓抑需求有機會於1月份釋放。該行料明年全年賭收升3%,其中貴賓廳持平,中場升5%,以反映宏觀經濟預期、寬鬆財務政策、基建改善、人民幣穩定等。
