民眾金融科技(00279.HK)延遲刊發中期業績 2日起停牌
格隆匯12月2日丨民眾金融科技(00279.HK)公佈，根據上市規則第13.49(6)條，公司須於不遲於各財政年度首6個月期間結束後兩個月(即2019年11月30日或之前)刊發該6個月期間的業績公佈(即中期業績)。
董事會謹此知會公司股東，於2019年12月2日，Wins Finance管理層仍與相關金融機構討論中，尚未向集團提供財務資料，如該產品的預期可收回金額及預期贖回時間。故公司仍未收到Wins Finance的相關財務資料以作中期業績用途。因此，公司無法於上市規則規定的時間內公佈中期業績。
於盈利預警公佈後，董事會謹此向股東及潛在投資者提供最新資料，根據對現時可得財務資料的進一步審閲及評估，集團預期將於截至2019年9月30日止6個月錄得重大(除潛在非上市理財產品的公平值調整及收購Wins Finance相關的潛在商譽減值前)公司擁有人應占虧損淨額約9.67億港元(而非盈利預警公佈所述的7.17億港元)，而於2018年同期則錄得公司擁有人應占虧損淨額約17.58億港元。根據現時可得資料，截至2019年9月30日止6個月錄得公司擁有人應占虧損淨額乃主要由於(i)極具挑戰的市場環境影響借款人還款，導致作出應收貸款的減值虧損撥備約2.53億港元(2018年：12.02億港元)；(ii)於自2019年上半年起就公司貸款融資及可換股債務工具被指控違約及交叉違約的事件後產生額外融資成導致錄得融資成本約3.86億港元(2018年：1.71億港元)；及(iii)極具挑戰的市場環境增加了信貸風險，導致作出保理應收款項的減值撥備約2.43億港元(而非盈利預警公佈所述的4200萬港元)(2018年：撥回10萬港元)。
由於公司仍在落實集團截至2019年9月30日止6個月的中期業績，故上述資料僅為公司對集團截至2019年9月30日止6個月的未經審核綜合管理賬目的初步評估，且須待落實非上市理財產品的公平值調整、商譽減值評估及其他必要調整。未經審核綜合管理賬目未經公司核數師確認、審核或審閲。一旦刊發公司截至2019年9月30日止6個月的業績公佈，股東及潛在投資者務請仔細閲讀該業績公佈。
原定於2019年11月29日舉行的董事會會議的日期已延期至較後日期。公司將適時另行刊發公佈，以就此向股東提供最新資料。
此外，公司已申請公司股份自2019年12月2日上午9時正起於聯交所暫停買賣，且將繼續暫停買賣，以待刊發中期業績。
