金時科技(002951.SZ)擬斥1.9億元與融泰中和等共設股權投資基金
格隆匯11月27日丨金時科技(002951.SZ)公佈，公司擬以自有資金人民幣1.9億元與前海融泰中和(深圳)股權投資基金管理有限公司(“融泰中和”)、汕頭市廣大投資有限公司(“廣大投資”)、自然人方振淳共同投資深圳市融泰中和六號股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)，公司與自然人方振淳作為有限合夥人，融泰中和和廣大投資作為普通合夥人，融泰中和作為基金管理人和執行事務合夥人。
深圳市融泰中和六號股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)經營範圍：一般經營項目是：股權投資；受託管理股權投資基金、對未上市企業進行股權投資、開展股權投資和企業上市諮詢業務(不得從事證券投資活動；不得以公開方式募集資金開展投資活動；不得從事公開募集基金管理業務)；受託資產管理、投資管理(不得從事信託、金融資產管理、證券資產管理及其他限制項目)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。基金規模為4.04億元。
公司此次參與投資股權投資基金，通過藉助專業投資機構的管理經驗，挖掘優質或潛力投資標的，進一步優化公司投資結構，併為公司業務發展拓寬資源整合路徑。在確保公司日常經營資金需求，總體投資風險可控的前提下，為了進一步拓展投資領域，充分利用專業機構的經驗和資源，優化公司投資結構。
在保證公司主營業務穩健發展的前提下，公司使用自有資金認購該基金份額，用於股權投資，充分利用專業機構的經驗和資源，進一步優化公司投資結構，同時也有利於公司分享潛在的投資回報。此次投資不會影響公司現金流的正常運轉，不會對公司的生產經營產生重大影響。公司此次對外投資不會導致公司合併報表範圍發生變化。
上述投資符合公司發展需要，有助於公司拓展投資渠道，藉助投資機構的專有優勢提升投資能力、累積相關經驗，適時發掘優質潛在合作標的。公司在保證日常經營發展所需資金的前提下，以自有資金參與投資，總投資額佔公司的總資產、淨資產的比例均不高於20%，此次對外投資短期內對公司生產經營沒有實質影響，長期將有助於公司提高資金使用效率，為公司獲取一定的財務收益。
