高新發展(000628.SZ)：子公司簽訂1.11億元施工合同
格隆匯11月27日丨高新發展(000628.SZ)公佈，全國公共資源交易平台(四川省·成都市)成都市公共資源交易服務中心(https://www.cdggzy.com/index.aspx)於2019年7月發佈了“福田社區工程周邊配套道路工程勘察-設計-施工總承包/標段招標公告”。2019年8月，成都市公共資源交易服務中心對上述項目進行評標結果公示，公司全資子公司成都倍特建築安裝工程有限公司(聯合體牽頭人，倍特建安)與中冶成都勘察研究總院有限公司(聯合體成員，中冶成勘院)和中國市政工程西南設計研究總院有限公司(聯合體成員，市政西南設計院)組成的聯合體(聯合體)成為該項目的中標候選人。
近日，聯合體在收到上述項目的中標通知書後，與發包人成都國際空港新城置業有限公司(空港置業)正式簽訂了《福田社區工程周邊配套道路工程建設工程勘察-設計-施工總承包(EPC)合同》。根據合同約定，倍特建安承擔約1.11億元(暫定)的施工工作。
工程名稱：福田社區工程周邊配套道路工程；工程地點：成都高新區東部園區；工程內容：主要包括本工程範圍內所有工程的施工、設備的採購和供貨、安裝調試、試運行等，直至竣工驗收交付發包人使用及缺陷責任期內缺陷修復、保修工作。合同工期：120日曆天(包含勘察服務期、設計服務期、施工工期)；合同價款：倍特建安承擔合同中的施工工作，暫定施工費為約1.11億元。
該項目是公司全資子公司倍特建安以聯合體方式參與承建成都市高新區東部園區的建設施工項目，符合公司爭取多承攬優質建築施工項目的發展規劃。該項目預計將在2020年3月內完工，若該項目能按計劃順利實施並執行完畢，2019年度預計確認營業收入約550萬元左右(已扣除暫列金及税金影響)，該項目預估8%毛利率，系根據公司財務部門的初步測算做出，若本公告披露後發生了不可預計的前述特別風險提示中的事項，將影響此次估計的完工時間及估算毛利的準確性。該項目產生毛利潤的具體數據以公司2019年年度財務報告審計結果為準。
