菲林格爾(603226.SH)連續4個跌停 稱不存在終止股票上市的情形
格隆匯11月26日丨菲林格爾(603226.SH)公佈，公司關注到相關媒體刊登了針對公司股東户數變化及公司股價波動等事項，公司關注到上述報道後進行了認真核實，現就相關事項予以澄清説明。
經核實，2019年三季度末公司股東户數為3258人，截止2019年11月20日，公司股東户數為4586人，較2019年三季度末增加1328人，增加40.76%；不存在《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》中規定終止股票上市的情形，且公司一貫重視投資者關係管理工作，為促進投資者和潛在投資者對公司的瞭解，維護公司良好的市場形象，除做好日常信息披露工作和接聽投資者電話諮詢外，通過上證E互動平台及時解答投資者諮詢；積極參加由上海上市公司協會、中證中小投資者服務中心藉助深圳市全景網絡有限公司上市公司投資者關係互動平台，舉辦的“上海轄區上市公司集體接待日”活動，就投資者關心的公司基本情況、發展戰略、經營狀況、股權激勵、可持續發展等問題通過網絡方式與投資者溝通交流；積極接待投資者現場調研。使投資者更全面瞭解公司經營狀況，提升公司透明度，加深投資者對公司的瞭解和認同，促進投資者與公司之間建立長期穩定的良性關係。
公司股票於2019年11月20日、21日、22日連續3個交易日內收盤價格跌幅偏離值累計達20%。根據《上海證券交易所交易規則》的有關規定，屬於股票交易異常波動情形。經公司董事會核實確認，公司近期經營業績無明顯變化，生產經營活動正常，日常經營情況未發生重大變化；公司沒有任何根據《股票上市規則》等有關規定應披露而未披露的事項或與該等事項有關的籌劃、商談、意向、協議等，董事會也未獲悉根據《股票上市規則》等有關規定應披露而未披露的、對本公司股票及其衍生品種交易價格可能產生較大影響的信息；公司前期披露的信息不存在需要更正、補充之處。
經核實，公司2019年前三季度實現營業收入538,102,830.55元（不含税），應收賬款淨額為8,365,805.24元，佔營業收入比重僅為1.55%；較期初應收賬款淨額960,347.16元增加7,405,458.08元，主要為公司工程業務量增加，公司給予代理商短期授信增加所致；由於公司應收賬款淨額期初基數較小，致使變動比例波動較大，公司應收賬款仍處於較好的控制範圍之內。
