中信銀行(601998.SH)獲准發行不超400億元無固定期限資本債券
格隆匯11月26日丨中信銀行(601998.SH)公佈,本行於2019年11月26日收到《中國人民銀行准予行政許可決定書》,同意公司在全國銀行間債券市場發行不超過400億元人民幣的無固定期限資本債券。核准額度自決定書發出之日起2年內有效,在有效期內可自主選擇分期發行時間。本行無固定期限資本債券發行結束後,按照中國人民銀行有關規定在全國銀行間債券市場交易流通。本行將在每期債券發行結束後10個工作日內向中國人民銀行報告本期債券的發行情況。
