格隆匯11月25日丨通宇通訊(002792.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月14日召開了公司2019年第二次臨時股東大會，審議並通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍及修訂

的議案》、《關於變更註冊資本及修訂

的議案》，同意變更公司經營範圍、註冊資本並修訂《公司章程》部分條款。
近日公司已完成工商變更登記手續，並取得了中山市工商行政管理局核准頒發的新《營業執照》。

修訂前：
第六條公司註冊資本為人民幣22,522.68萬元。
第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍是：研發、生產、銷售：天線、射頻器件、微波設備、光電子器件、通信系統設備、信號放大設備、信號測試設備、信號發射接收及處理設備、電子產品、饋線及電器配件(上述產品不含衞星接收設備)、開關電源、充電設備；研發、生產、銷售：換電設施及其相關技術的開發；防雷工程的設計、施工；承接通信鐵塔工程；通信工程的設計、施工；通信設備安裝及維護；承裝、承修、承試電力設施；建築業(通信工程)；通信設備租賃；通信網絡系統集成；軟件開發；技術轉讓及技術服務；貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外)(上述經營範圍涉及貨物進出口、技術進出口)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
