格隆匯11月22日丨平安證券集團控股(00231.HK)公佈,於2019年11月18日,公司接獲Cheung Ming Ming及Wang Zihao(作為呈請人)就《公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例》(香港法例第32章)入稟香港特別行政區高等法院的呈請,呈請將公司清盤。
第一呈請僅就申請公司清盤而入稟法院,於本公告日期,法院尚未就公司清盤頒佈清盤令。公司正就此尋求法律意見,並考慮所有有關公司法律權利的可行方法,包括但不限於就供股所得款項退款安排申請認可令。
