格隆匯11月21日丨東方雨虹(002271.SZ)公佈，此次申請回購註銷的限制性股票合計817.6638萬股，佔公司2019年11月12日總股本比例為0.55%，此次申請註銷共涉及人數為374人，共需資金為4446.75萬元，資金來源為公司自有資金。
其中，第二期限制性股票激勵計劃首次授予部分的限制性股票為792.6103萬股，佔公司2019年11月12日總股本比例為0.53%，授予日期為2016年8月25日，共涉及人數為368人，股份回購價格為4.3706元/股，同時，按照《北京東方雨虹防水技術股份有限公司第二期限制性股票激勵計劃(草案修訂稿)》的規定，公司將向上述368名激勵對象支付對應購股資金的同期利息，利率按年化6%計算，公司此次回購註銷第二期限制性股票激勵計劃首次授予部分限制性股票所需資金為4154.61萬元；第二期限制性股票激勵計劃預留部分的限制性股票為24.6285萬股，佔公司2019年11月12日總股本比例為0.02%，授予日期為2017年7月17日，此次申請註銷共涉及人數為6人，股份回購價格為10.3824元/股，同時，按照《北京東方雨虹防水技術股份有限公司第二期限制性股票激勵計劃(草案修訂稿)》的規定，公司將向上述6名激勵對象支付對應購股資金的同期利息，利率按年化6%計算，公司此次回購註銷第二期限制性股票激勵計劃預留部分限制性股票所需資金為289.92萬元；因司法凍結事宜，激勵對象宋華傑持有的應於2018年由公司回購註銷但尚未辦理回購註銷的第二期限制性股票激勵計劃首次授予部分限制性股票共計0.425萬股，佔公司2019年11月12日總股本比例為0.0003%，股份回購價格為4.3706元/股，同時，按照《北京東方雨虹防水技術股份有限公司第二期限制性股票激勵計劃(草案修訂稿)》的規定，公司將向宋華傑支付對應購股資金的同期利息，利率按年化6%計算，公司此次回購註銷宋華傑的前述首次授予部分限制性股票所需資金為2.23萬元，目前該部分股份已解除凍結，公司將與前述股份一併辦理回購註銷手續。宋華傑同時為此次第二期限制性股票激勵計劃首次授予部分的限制性股票回購註銷對象，因此此次申請註銷共涉及人數374人已合併計算。
截止2019年11月20日，上述限制性股票已在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司深圳分公司完成註銷手續。
