乙德投資控股(06182.HK)中期盈轉虧至897.3萬港元
格隆匯11月20日丨乙德投資控股(06182.HK)公佈,截至2019年9月30日止6個月,實現收益7279.4萬港元,同比減少46.96%; 淨虧損為897.3萬港元,去年同期則錄得利潤190.8萬港元,盈轉虧;每股虧損1.12港仙,不派中期股息。
據悉,集團的收益減少,主要是由於當時擬就一手私人住宅物業推出的物業空置税令住宅物業工程進度減慢,加上競爭對手定價策略進取,競爭日趨激烈,影響集團的定價策略,從而導致平均合約金額下跌。
