惠普拒绝施乐收购方案 质疑对方未来业务前景及债务
美国个人电脑生产商惠普(HP)表示,董事会一致否决办公器材生产商施乐(Xerox)提出的收购方案,认为方案不符股东最佳利益及低估惠普价值,同时关注合并後公司的债务问题,且施乐截至6月底止年度收入为92亿美元,较对上年度102亿美元减少,公司质疑施乐业务及未来前景。
惠普表示,就并购效益进行严谨分析乃关键。在与施乐管理层接触及检视施乐的审查资料後,公司相信能快速地就潜在交易作出评估。
施乐提出以每股22美元收购惠普,77%为现金,23%为股份。
