植耀辉: 港股续试底机会大 物管股宜待调整吸纳
耀才证券研究部总监植耀辉称,港股方面,昨日(14日)持续受压,并跌至10月中旬低位,似乎短期大市仍会持续弱势,皆因现时仍未见有利好消息,而中美贸易谈判似仍未见突破,本地局势然未明,同时投资者亦开始关注企业盈利情况,因此大市再下试低位机会颇高,预期或会下试26,000点水平。
股份方面,虽然大市走势仍差,但物管股依然维持强势,多只股份持续创新高。当然,业务表现稳定以及轻资产概念,令相关板块成为近日资金避难所,不过累积升幅其实已颇惊人,所以即使笔者仍然看好该板块,亦仍认为中海物业(02669.HK)属行业首选,只是现水平已不宜高追,宜待回落至4.5元附近再作考虑。
