IPO那點事(ID：ipopress)消息，利華控股集團(01346.HK)首日掛牌，截至9時20分，跌 12.94 %，報價 0.74港元 ，成交額 1321.83萬 港元 ，最新市值4.736 億港元。
利華控股集團(01346.HK)公佈，發售約1.728億股，其中國際配售約1.21億股，香港發售5184萬股；發售價每股0.85港元；每手4,000股；預期11月13日上市。
公告顯示，公開發售獲非常大幅超額認購，相當於香港公開發售項下初步可供認購香港發售股份的總數約31.2倍。國際配售獲輕微超額認購，國際配售的總認購量相當於國際配售初步可供認購的國際配售股份總數的1.31倍。
基石投資者方面，Poolside Ventures Limited、Victor Herrero及Soegianto已各自分別認購3689.2萬股股份、235.2萬股股份及184.4萬股股份，相當於全球發售完成後公司已發行股份總數分別約5.76%、0.37%及0.29%及全球發售項下發售股份數目分別約21.35%、1.36%及1.07%。
利華控股為美國、歐洲及亞太區知名品牌提供多服裝品類的供應鏈解決方案。公司的端到端供應鏈解決方案涵蓋根據客户需求進行的時裝設計、樣本開發、技術方案開發、布料及配套原材料採購、生產監督、質量監控以及交付及分銷物流。
往績記錄期內，公司的客户包括AllSaints、Boden、Theory、Vince及Vineyard Vines等高端品牌、Everlane等網絡原生品牌以及Stitch Fix等網絡原生平台自有品牌。
IPO那點事（ID：ipopress）獲悉，往績記錄期內，主要向客户提供四類服裝，即襯衫、下裝、套裝及外套，其於2018年貢獻收益約53.0百萬美元、28.0百萬美元、20.0百萬美元及11.1百萬美元，而於截至二零一九年四月三十日止四個月貢獻收益約19.0百萬美元、10.1百萬美元、4.4百萬美元及1.9百萬美元，於二零一八年佔收益分別約45.8%、24.1%、17.3%及9.6%，而於截至二零一九年四月三十日止四個月佔收益分別約51.0%、27.1%、11.7%及5.1%。
招股書顯示，利華控股在2016年至2018年，及截至2019年4月30日止四個月，收益分別為1.01億美元、1.01億美元、1.16億美元、3720萬美元；毛利分別為1841.9萬美元、2469.7萬美元、3026.0萬美元、1046百萬美元，毛利率分別18.3%、24.5%、26.1%、28.1%；年內溢利分別為391.7萬美元、449.6萬美元、646.4萬美元、137.8萬美元，淨利潤分別為3.9%、4.5%、5.6%、3.7%。
募資用途方面，所得款項淨額估計約為1.07億港元。其中，約67.7%用於收購服裝供應商；約16.2%用於B2B線上平台的資本投資；約6.8%用於數字化的資本投資；約5.2%用於償還現有的債務；約4.1%用於一般營運資金。
