成都路橋(002628.SZ)：聯合體預中標28.16億元巖羊河河道治理等七個打捆項目勘察、設計-施工總承包
格隆匯11月12日丨成都路橋(002628.SZ)公佈，攀枝花市公共資源交易服務中心於2019年11月12日發佈了“巖羊河河道治理、體育公園建設、西環線二期、南部片區道路新建、太陽湖公園等七個打捆項目勘察、設計—施工總承包”項目的公開招標評標結果公示，成都市路橋工程股份有限公司為該項目中標候選人第一名。
項目名稱：巖羊河河道治理、體育公園建設、西環線二期、南部片區道路新建、太陽湖公園等七個打捆項目勘察、設計—施工總承包。工期：項目建設期36個月。評標結果公示第一中標候選人：成都市路橋工程股份有限公司(牽頭人)與中國市政工程西南設計研究總院有限公司、四川省志澤園林綠化工程有限公司、中國華西工程設計建設有限公司(成員)組成的聯合體；擬中標金額：建安工程費約人民幣約28.16億元。
建設內容：1)巖羊河河道治理工程：項目西至巖羊河水庫，東至昔格達水庫，南至老温泉酒店，東西向治理長度約4公里，南北向治理長度約3.8公里，治理總長度約7.8公里；配套建設特色小鎮門户景觀工程，項目總佔地面積約121.3公頃。
2)紅格三塔建設工程：項目分別於晏家山、癩山、巖羊河北面山麓建設三座集旅遊觀光、通信基站、激光炫彩一體的標誌性景觀塔，內部設有電梯直達觀景平台。
3)體育公園建設工程：項目位於金烏大道以東，癩山以西，合盛康悦項目以北，內設草地廣場、健身漫步道、標準籃球場、五人制足球場、兒童趣味樂園、特色觀光田園等運動休閒設施，佔地面積約74.5公頃。
4)西環線二期工程：項目位於紅格大道長平村白巖橋以南，紅格村二社鍾家地以北，晏家山以東，本道路為紅格鎮西部片區市政主幹道，道路總長度約3.6公里，道路總寬24m，其中機動車道14m，道路人行道兩邊各5m。
5)紅格鎮環境綜合治理工程項目：1、紅格鎮北端的七彩·佳翼國際少兒美術中心向南約1.3公里，至紅格鎮橋及紅格橋頭的三叉路口至温泉假日酒店路口約680米道路的道路圍欄亮化；2、由紅格鎮温泉假日酒店沿紅山大道向南至紅山國際2#會所門口約2.4公里道路亮化；3、扎巴箐水庫燈光秀及棧道亮化。
6)南部片區道路新建工程項目：項目位於温泉假日酒店東南側，S310道路以南，紅格村二社鍾家地以東，道路總長度17.4公里。
7)太陽湖公園建設工程項目：建設市政公益性公園總佔地面積約470畝，含公共綠地、公共體育設施、遊客慢遊步道、五人制標準足球場、騎行交通體系、公共停車場、旅遊公廁、園務管理服務用房等公園市政配套設施。
項目擬中標金額約佔公司2018年度經審計營業收入的103.30%。若公司能最終中標並順利實施該項目，預計將對公司相關建設年度經營業績產生積極的影響。
