南華期貨(603093.SH)：選舉羅旭峯擔任董事長 由葉柯擔任公司黨委書記職務
格隆匯11月8日丨南華期貨(603093.SH)公佈，公司董事會於近日收到公司董事長徐文財提交的書面辭職報告。徐文財因工作原因申請辭去公司董事長職務。根據《公司法》、《公司章程》等相關規定，該辭職報告自公司董事會收到之日起生效。同時，徐文財不再擔任公司黨委書記職務，但仍將在公司繼續擔任董事職務。
根據公司經營發展需要，公司於2019年11月8日召開了第三屆董事會九次會議，審議通過《關於改選公司董事長的議案》。按照《公司法》、《公司章程》的有關規定，公司董事會選舉羅旭峯擔任公司董事長職務，任期自本次董事會審議通過之日起至第三屆董事會屆滿為止。由葉柯擔任公司黨委書記職務。
羅旭峯，中國國籍，無境外永久居留權，1968年2月出生，博士研究生學歷，高級經濟師。1988年8月至1993年7月，就職於浙江省超高壓輸變電工程建設公司，任辦公室幹事、團委書記；1993年8月至1996年5月，就職於浙江金馬期貨經紀有限公司，歷任營業部市場部經理、營業部經理、公司副總經理、公司常務副總經理；1996年5月至今，就職於南華期貨股份有限公司，歷任副總經理、總經理。
葉柯，中國國籍，無境外永久居留權，1969年12月出生，博士研究生學歷。1992年7月至1993年6月，就職於北京市旅遊局（華都飯店），任職員；1993年6月至1998年2月，就職於中國國際期貨公司交易部，任主管；1998年2月至2001年12月，就職於中國證監會期貨部交易所，任主任科員；2001年12月至2007年4月，就職於中國證監會稽查局調查三處，任副處長、調研員；2007年5月至2009年8月，就職於中國證監會期貨部公司二處，任處長；2009年8月至2012年6月，就職於中國證監會期貨二部檢查一處，任處長；2012年7月至今，就職於南華期貨股份有限公司，歷任副總經理。
