龍建股份(600853.SH)：中標兩個項目
格隆匯11月7日丨龍建股份(600853.SH)公佈，近日，公司以及公司與黑龍江省龍建路橋第四工程有限公司(“四公司”)組成的聯合體(“聯合體”)收到招標人國道331線北銀根至路井段公路工程建設管理辦公室、額濟納旗交通運輸局，招標代理機構內蒙古海維建設工程項目管理有限公司發來的中標通知書：公司成為國道331線北銀根至路井段公路工程施工總承包中標人，公司與四公司組成的聯合體被確定為國道213線達來呼布至東風航天城段公路工程政府和社會資本合作(PPP)中標人。
項目名稱1：國道331線北銀根至路井段公路工程施工總承包(“331項目”)；項目地點：內蒙古自治區阿拉善盟；中標金額約人民幣18.53億元；工期：448日曆天；工程概況：路線全長約477.853公里。設計速度為40公里/小時雙車道三級公路技術標準，以及設計速度為80公里/小時雙車道二級公路技術標準。全線設互通式立交1座、新建鐵路立交1座，大中橋9座，小橋22座。全線設停車休息區6處，其中預留2處，養護道班4處。331項目合同額佔公司2018年經審計營業收入的17.64%。
項目名稱2：國道213線達來呼布至東風航天城段公路工程政府和社會資本合作(PPP)(“213項目”);項目地點：內蒙古自治區阿拉善盟額濟納旗；投資估算總金額：27.6億元；運營期(含收費期)：28年；建設期：3年；建設內容：213項目主線路線全長約143公里，全線採用設計速度為100km/h一級公路技術標準，黑城連接線(二級公路)12.1公里。項目模式：政府與社會資本合作模式(PPP)；運作方式：ROT(改擴建-運營-移交)+政府特殊股份+政府補助。
項目公司的註冊資本金為8.28億元，其中政府方出資3.73億元，佔項目公司45.05%股權；社會資本方為公司與四公司聯合體，共出資4.55億元，合計佔項目公司54.95%股權。公司為聯合體牽頭人，公司全資子公司四公司為聯合體成員。公司承擔社會資本方出資部分的51%，四公司承擔社會資本方出資部分的49%。
如213項目順利實施將對公司生產經營工作和經營業績產生積極的影響，對於公司在PPP領域進一步積累項目經驗，提升PPP業務市場競爭力，具有積極作用。受中標時間及季節因素影響，213項目本年度的履行對公司本年度的資產總額、淨資產和淨利潤等不會構成重大影響。
