格隆匯11月7日丨中京電子(002579.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月7日收到中國證券監督管理委員會核發的《關於核准惠州中京電子科技股份有限公司向胡可等發行股份、可轉換公司債券購買資產並募集配套資金的批覆》(證監許可〔2019〕2149號)，現將批覆內容公告如下：

核准公司非公開發行可轉換公司債券募集配套資金不超過2.4億元。
