中電興發(002298.SZ)子公司聯合體中標8.88億元夏邑縣後備資源全流程投資開發項目
格隆匯11月7日丨中電興發(002298.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月7日收到全資子公司北京中電興發科技有限公司(“北京中電興發”)的告知函，告知函內容為：北京中電興發作為聯合體牽頭人中標夏邑縣後備資源全流程投資開發項目(夏財採購【2019】268號)，中標總金額預估為人民幣約8.88億元，北京中電興發近日已收到中標通知書。
項目名稱：夏邑縣後備資源全流程投資開發項目；中標金額：預估為約8.88億元，最終合同金額以最終驗收的指標規模為準；質量要求：項目所有工程達到河南省自然資源廳要求標準及國家質量驗收標準；服務期限：自簽訂合同起至完成指標交易止。
在項目中，北京中電興發將對夏邑縣全域土地後備資源調查、項目實地核實論證工作；負責項目選址、地形測量工作；負責規劃設計及預算編制工作；負責竣工測量、耕地質量及項目竣工驗收報告編制工作；負責項目施工與管理工作；參與項目立項與申報工作；參與項目報備及指標驗收工作等。
若該項目能夠簽訂正式項目合同並順利實施，將是公司在智慧時空（國土）業務的進一步突破，為構建全域智慧城市打下了堅實基矗公司智慧時空（國土）項目以無人機技術、大數據和雲計算為支撐，以智慧城市區域時空大數據應用服務為目標，基於統一的基礎地理空間參考，對土地後備資源基礎地理信息進行深入挖掘、綜合分析、展示和應用。該項目的簽訂將進一步增強公司在智慧城市、智慧時空（國土）等項目建設領域的核心競爭力和行業影響力，促進公司在智慧中國業務領域的投資、建設與運營等方面的更好發展。

該項目中標總金額預估為約8.88億元，佔公司上一年度經審計營業收入的36.14%，最終合同金額以最終驗收的指標規模為準，預計對公司經營業績將產生一定的影響，最終以簽訂的正式書面合同金額來測算對公司經營業績的具體影響。公司與招標方之間不存在關聯關係，上述項目中標不會影響公司業務的獨立性。
