传ASML暂缓向中芯国际(00981.HK)出口晶片生产机器
据外电报道,欧洲最大晶片制造机器生产商ASML需要延迟出货予中国半导体行业。据悉中国最大电脑晶片生产商中芯国际(00981.HK)於去年4月向ASML下单订购其机器,以用作生产最新款的晶片,惟消息人士指相关订单遭暂缓直至另行通知。
ASML作为全球唯一的EUV生产机器供应商,延迟出货或会阻碍到中国科技开发进程,但由於ASML仅用「延迟」字眼,意味最终仍有可能出货。
报道引述消息人士指,ASML决定暂缓向中国出口EUV生产机器是为免得失美国政府,订单原订於2019年底付运并於2020年中完成安装,现时仍未知ASML延迟出货是否受到美国政府直接或间接的压力,抑或因为ASML需要重续荷兰方面的出口批文。公司仅指荷兰政府正处理出口EUV设备至中国的批文,由於相关工作仍在进行故未能出口EUV至中国。 ~
