《盈利預喜》嚐高美(08371.HK)料中期純利倍升
嚐高美集團(08371.HK)發盈喜,預期集團截至今年9月底止中期業績將錄得大幅增長,包括收入按年增長超過45%,以及淨利潤及股東應佔利潤增長超過105%。
公司解釋,業績增加原因主要受惠於期間開設的更多餐廳以及去年開業的餐廳期內貢獻了完整三個月的營業額;人均消費增加;以及改善整體成本控制。
然而,公司補充,收益增長全部來自新開業的餐廳。由於香港目前動盪的直接結果,同期未營業的餐廳外的收益較去年同期大幅減少。與2018年7月、8月及9月相比,同期餐廳的按月收益分別減少約1%、10%及11%。同期餐廳2019年10月的初步未經審核收益更按年減少約23%。隨著同期餐廳的收益按年下降,集團預期業務將繼續惡化,直至香港能夠恢復正常。
