大悦城地产(00207.HK)向关连方追加授贷2.2亿人币 年利率10%
大悦城地产(00207.HK)公布,间接全资附属成都鹏悦向其持有30%权益之昆明螺蛳湾国悦置地(借款人)提供总额2.2亿元人民币(下同)的第二笔股东贷款,年利率10%。
成都鹏悦早前於8月时,亦已向借款人提供11.97亿元的首笔股东贷款,年利率10%。
董事认为,提供第二笔股东贷款连同首笔股东贷款,能够为借款人开发昆明市西山区螺蛳湾的城市棚户区提供支持,满足其资金需求。
