東湖高新(600133.SH)子公司簽訂丹江口市普通公路“建養一體化”第二個項目包施工總體合同協議書
格隆匯11月1日丨東湖高新(600133.SH)公佈，近日，公司全資子公司湖北路橋與丹江口市交投簽訂了《丹江口市普通公路“建養一體化”第二個項目包施工總體合同協議書》，合同費用由建設服務費和養護服務費構成：建設服務費按每個項目財政投資評審批覆的施工圖預算中第一部分費用(建築安裝工程)×浮動係數f%確定，浮動係數通過招標確定(浮動係數f%=99.95%)；養護服務費包括保潔費和小修保養工程費，按湖北省有關標準計取，經市政府同意的其他項目參照執行。若國家或地方相關養護標準發生調整，則根據新的養護標準執行。
工程名稱：丹江口市普通公路“建養一體化”第二個項目包；項目建安費約37.47億元，具體為：①十堰市武十高鐵十堰北站至武當山站公路工程；該項目路線主線全長28.11公里，其中丹江口市境內10.2公里(含機場東連接線1.1公里)，一級公路標準，建設工期30個月，建安費約13.73億元。②G316武當山段新建工程：該項目路線全長18.977公里，其中丹江口市六裏坪境內段長約8.642公里，一級公路標準，建設工期30個月，建安費約10.21億元。③丹江口市六裏坪(白廟)至均縣鎮一級公路工程：該項目路線全長11.325公里，一級公路標準，建設工期24個月，建安費約5.82億元。④漢十高鐵武當山西站(六裏坪)樞紐工程：該項目規劃面積約1.06平方公里，新建建築面積45000㎡的站前廣場，1座建築面積2000㎡地下停車場，1座建築面積17,144㎡的公鐵換乘中心，配套建設場地範圍內的部分道路工程、給水工程、雨水工程等室外工程。建設期20個月，建安費約7.71億元。
該項目包括4個項目，分別為：十堰市武十高鐵十堰北站至武當山站公路工程；G316武當山段新建工程；丹江口市六裏坪(白廟)至均縣鎮一級公路工程；漢十高鐵武當山西站(六裏坪)樞紐工程。
合同期限：包括建設期和養護期。建設期：自每個項目正式開工之日起算(十堰市武十高鐵十堰北站至武當山站公路工程，建設工期30個月；G316武當山段新建工程，建設工期30個月；丹江口市六裏坪(白廟)至均縣鎮一級公路工程，建設工期24個月；漢十高鐵武當山西站(六裏坪)樞紐工程，建設工期20個月)；養護期為5年，自每個項目交工驗收合格之日起計算。
該合同的簽訂有利於公司生產經營的發展，提高公司持續經營能力，並將為公司的業績帶來積極的影響，合同履行對公司財務指標影響的具體金額目前尚無法測算。對公司業務獨立性沒有影響，公司不會因履行該合同而與合同對方形成依賴。
