360（601360.SH）前三季營收增長不足1%：但淨利超50億，周鴻禕持股12%

360今日發佈2019年第三季度財報，財報顯示，360前三季營收95.22億元，較上年同期的94.49億元增長0.77%，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為51.76億元，較上年同期的25.16億元增長105.74%。
360前三季歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為25.86億元，較上年同期的23.64億元增長9.36%。
截至2019年9月30日，天津奇信志成科技有限公司為360最大股東，持股為48.74%；周鴻禕持股為12.14%；天津欣新盛股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）持股為4.1%。天津眾信股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）持股為2.82%。
北京紅杉懿遠股權投資中心（有限合夥）持股為2.75%，天津信心奇緣股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）持股為2.14%，齊向東持股為1.79%。浙江海寧國安睿威投資合夥企業（有限合夥）持股為1.64%。
天津聚信股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）持股為1.57%，深圳市平安置業投資有限公司持股為1.31%。
其中，天津奇信志成科技有限公司和天津眾信股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）是周鴻禕控制的企業，周鴻禕、奇信志成和天津眾信構成一致行動關係；
天津欣新盛股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）、北京紅杉懿遠股權投資中心（有限合夥）、天津信心奇緣股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）、浙江海寧國安睿威投資合夥企業（有限合夥）和深圳市平安置業投資有限公司分別持有奇信志成 13.13%、8.80%、6.85%、5.25%和 4.20%的股權，與奇信志成之間存在關聯關係。
360還宣佈，任命徐經長為公司獨立董事。
資料顯示，徐經長1965年出生，曾任中國人民大學商學院會計系副主任、主任，MPAcc 中心主任，EMBA 中心主任；徐經長現任光大證券、中化國際、中信重工、海航控股獨立董事。
