港股異動丨中手遊漲7.77% 開盤一度破發
格隆匯10月31日丨國內最大IP遊戲發行商中手遊(0302.HK)於港交所上市首日低開0.71%,報2.81港元,隨後股價持續走高,現漲至3.05港元,漲幅為7.77%。中手遊昨日公佈配售結果顯示,公司共獲得香港發售股份認購250.7億股,相當於香港公開發售項下初步可供認購香港發售股份總數0.46億股的約543.83倍。若計入經紀佣金及交易費用,申購中手遊發售股份的資金達約716.64億港元。這讓中手遊成為2019年至今港股IPO中凍結申購資金最多的公司。考慮到2019年僅剩兩個月,且年內已無其他知名企業IPO的計劃,中手遊有望成為2019年度港股IPO的“凍資王”。中手遊基石投資者陣容極其強大,有上游的IP供應者閲文,中游的同行三七互娛、B站、掌趣科技,還有下游的流量入口微博、快手,最後還有香港的老牌資本。
